Three Simple Steps to Attain a 5-Star Reputation

If you haven't realized it yet, online reviews are highly valued by people. Google reviews, in particular, receive significant exposure and enhance your SEO efforts. Our clients frequently ask for advice on how to effectively garner dozens, or even hundreds, of 5-star reviews. Read on to discover the simplest strategies to boost your 5-star reviews.

Step 1: Ask your patient about their experience.
After each appointment, inquire whether your patient had a pleasant visit. If they seem satisfied with your service, communication, and care, they will likely respond positively. Upon receiving this positive feedback, express your gratitude and let them know how much you value their business.

Step 2: Create a script to request the review.
Include a reason for this request. For example:
“Cathy, thank you for the positive feedback. It’s always a pleasure spending time with you. We’re finding that reviews on Google are helping new patients consider us for care. Would you please write a review for me today? It should only take a minute.”

Step 3: Make it easy for the patient.
You can achieve this in one of three ways:

Automation Tool: Use an automation tool to send a text to the patient after their appointment, asking about their satisfaction. Upon receiving positive feedback, the tool will automatically open a page where the patient can leave their review. This simple method has helped many clients gain numerous reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. 

Review Card: Hand the patient a card with a link to a page on your website. On this page, they can click on the icon of their preferred review site to leave a public review.

Text Link: Send the patient a text with a link to your Google 5-Star Review page. We can create this link for you.

Step 4: Thank your patient for their support.

Remember, the key to receiving 5-star reviews is providing 5-star service. Make your patients feel important. They might forget what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
