The building is 1910 sq ft with 5 ops 2 for hygiene, 3 doctor ops. It has supported well 2 doctors sharing 3 rooms. Plenty of opportunity for growth with rooms not at full capacity. We've focused on higher end procedures: Dental Implants, Dentures, Invsalign Treatment and do well with regular restorative and preventative.
