• Talk to them in a quiet voice




Signs and Symptoms:
• Shortness of breath or hyperventilation
• Racing heart
• Chest pain
• Shaking
• Choking feeling
• Detached from surroundings
• Sweating
• Nausea
• Light-headed
• Numbness
