If your practice is going to become the go-to destination for implants, cosmetic or other high-ticket procedures, you will have to become the practice that delivers the most awesome patient experience.

You must be known for the Ritz-Carlton of Dentistry in your city.

Now… to deliver that awesome patient experience, 5 prerequisites must be in place.

If one is missing, your efforts to become the most patient-centric office won’t gain momentum.

If two or more of the prerequisites are missing, then a practice has no chance.

Becoming the Ritz-Carlton of Dentistry will remain a pipe dream.
