Today is “Still Need to Do Day.”
The creators of this holiday were concerned about the adverse physical and psychological effects of procrastination, including obesity and depression. So, they set aside a day in the twilight of the year for consummate procrastinators to accomplish all the things that have been languishing on their “to do” list.
If you’re always putting off for tomorrow what you can do today, here’s your chance to end the year on a high note.
Make it a tradition to use the time between Christmas and New Year’s Day to tackle family projects you’ve been meaning to get to. The kids are out of school, and most of the celebrating is at an end. So, this is a perfect time to get things done.
Bring the family closer the next 24 hours by tackling a household project everyone has been putting off. Maybe the garage needs to be cleaned out, or the attic organized.
The important thing is to take decisive action. Take one step, and then another. Soon, you’ll have that project completed.
But maybe it’s not a matter of procrastination. Perhaps you don’t have the skills to do something. If that’s the case, there are lots of tutorials on YouTube that’ll teach you virtually anything you want to do.
So, if you want to reupholster a recliner chair, remodel your bathroom, or fix your dishwasher, check out the video tutorials at the site.
However, there’s one thing that you shouldn’t do on your own, and that’s finding dental office space. Leave that to the pros. We’re HPRG, and we’re one of them.
