I admit that this might be an unpopular topic amount some.  In fact, there are folks who are going to HATE what I have to say.  That doesn't make it any less true: There are some locations around the U.S. that are friendlier to start-up practices and small businesses than others.  In some places (states, counties, and cities), they just don't like you much.  In fact, doctors have a target on their backs.  Other places have a more welcome attitude and want you to set-up in their neighborhoods.  The places that are not business-friiendly, I am referring to as "Socialist."  It is the ideology that someone else should be picking up the bill and taking the risks (namely, doctors).  This episode is about how you can identify these places.
