With more than 15 years of clinical experience as a dental hygienist and a robust résumé of entrepreneurial success, Ms. Vicki McManus is the co-founder of Productive Dentist Academy and owner of multiple dental practices in the Midwest. She is the author of two books, FUNdamentals of Outstanding Dental Teams and Frustration: The Breakfast of Champions. Her books focus on the psychology of career success. They are designed to help leaders and employees master long-term working relationships and communication skills.
