So many times we are focused on attracting new patients. We put a lot of our budget or time and effort into finding these new patients and making them happy or adjusting our practice to new patients standards. That’s fine and all…but…. what about your existing patients?!
Here’s the thing, your existing customers should NEVER be neglected. Your happy existing customers are going to be your dental marketers, they are the ones who will send you referrals, talk about how great you are to their friends and family and most importantly…. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BUY FROM YOU.
Use your existing customers. Put them into a marketing strategy and make it into a system!
