Scottsdale, Ariz.—The American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA) will bring together leading clinicians from around the world for its Annual Sleep & Wellness Conference, held April 24–25, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort. With a growing emphasis on interdisciplinary care, this year’s event highlights the connection between dentistry, medicine, and whole-patient health—an area gaining increasing attention across healthcare.

Kicking off the conference on Thursday, April 23, ASBA will debut its Global Pediatric Sleep Symposium, featuring internationally recognized experts in pediatric airway health. Focused on early identification and collaborative treatment approaches, the symposium addresses one of the most pressing—and often overlooked—areas in healthcare today: sleep-disordered breathing in children. “Early identification changes lives,” said new ASBA President Dr. Toshi Hart. “When we recognize airway and sleep issues early—especially in children—we have the opportunity to influence long-term health outcomes in a meaningful way. This symposium brings together clinicians from multiple disciplines to share knowledge, align approaches, and ultimately improve patient care.”

The conference will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers joining from across the globe, including leaders from institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, UCLA, and the VA Medical Center.
Attendees will gain practical, real-world insights into:
• Airway-focused diagnosis and treatment
• Emerging technologies in dental sleep medicine
• Interdisciplinary collaboration strategies

Participants can earn up to 25 continuing education credits while engaging in both lecture-based and hands-on learning experiences.
