When you reach out to human beings with the intention of getting them to start talking about you and your practice (online and offline), they’re gonna expect you to join the conversation!

I’m a conservative, but the “George W. Bush” method of handling word of mouth about you and your brand (whether negative or positive) is the absolute worst way you could approach this.

So, when people are talking about you (especially online) … what should you do?  

ANSWER THEM and get involved in the conversation!
