If you want prospects and patients proactively (and positively) talking about you and your practice, you’ve got to have a clear understanding of what motivates people to engage in conversation with others. 

There are three basic motivators that drive word of mouth and if you want your prospects and patients “sharing positive messages”, you need to know what these 3-motivators are.
