to about 7.5 w/ the efts. delta and metlife even tell you which ones that aren't going to pay and why. if they need more info, an x-ray, tooth number, maybe it's a wrong birthday or subscriber id.... easy to fix and get paid quickly....Stock market is up and the insurance companies have their money in play. will give you this data. The closest thing you will get is from the Insurance Company Productivity. If you don't sent office fees but contracted fees you don't have to worry about write off calculation. If you send office fees on contracted claims and depending how you do write offs you might not be able to get accurate data on the write offs grouped by company.

Ifyou could design a dental insurance what would the perfect insurance look like in terms of cost to patient, reimbursement, and procedures covered? A perfect plan would be no limit and no need to send in supporting evidence and it pays UCR. Both dentist and patient would be served well.
