I am working with Unlock the PPO, and they are asking for the Utilization/Insurance production report for the last year. I am running ver.13 of MOGO, which is no longer supported. I contacted MOGO and they will not help me unless I upgrade to a new version. I am planing to switch to another PM

, this mostly happens when they have a patient who is in a hurry in front of them. Wonderful right? We've basically spent the last 8 months working with MOGO to fix the same issues. TX planning not work, TX planning not estimating insurance, and signature pads not working randomly. In 8 months of tweaks
