. Recredentialing requests are now common - every 3 years or so the insurance companies will ask for recredentialing from the doctor if you are a participating provider. This is not tied to fee schedule increases or negotiations, it's a request for information to keep your current contract in good standing

Regarding the interview with Dr. Bramson I have two points. Discussing annual limits with my office manager in fact we have never seen a plan with 2,500, 3,500 or 10,000 limits. They still average what they were in the seventies. Second, we continue to allow the use of the name insurance

that manage to charge multiples of what others charge. In fact, some dentists charge some patients multiples of what they charge others based on the patients insurance plan! This is because of a perceived value by patients that want something better. I know colleagues all over the country
