Should I be using my personal NPI or the business NPI when working in my office? Both seem to make sense. I'm not sure why we even have both. Thank you in advance. I used my personal NPI in my office. If I'm remembering right, one of the insurance demanded a group or business NPI, which I had to get. It's been quite few years since I did that!

How long do we need to keep the following? End of Day reports EOB's Paid Bills Eob's are kept online by the insurance companies alreay and your PMS keeps your end of day reports just normally. Paid Bills is another thing. That I would follow the IRS recommendations.
