Can someone shed light on how the dental insurance industry operates in NZ? When I see job posts for dentists the listings say NOTHING about the patient base (i.e. like 40% FFS, 40% PPO, 20% Medicaid) like it does in the US. Are pretty much all private practice dentists in-network? Are there any
