I have a patient who spends winters in south Texas. Hoping to find her a good dentist down there to see here when she is in TX. Thanks! I know this is an old post but I know quite a few docs down there. Let me know what type of office they are looking for and if insurance is important. Most of the offices in that area specialize in medicaid. But I know a few none medicaid offices.

Certain questions I have are on payment (hourly vs. daily vs. production %), malpractice insurance, taxes (independent contractor vs. LLC). I would love to hear other dentists experiences with having temps in the office, what procedures you had the per diem dentist do, and what a competitive rate is for this service. Thank you for your help!
