Xeomin and 4 Revanesse. The Revanesse was buy 4 get 1 and its two syringes per pack. Allergan is really a pain in the butt to navigate. I even try to go on their training page and its just breast stuff. Im not that kind of doctor. What was the Botox course you took and would you recommend it? Are you malpractice insurances covering it? I've heard many carriers won't cover for TMD treatment because it is an off label use.
