enough, 2 years later the tooth blows and I do the endo. Her end was 20% as her insurance paid the other 80%. The guy ( who had never set foot in my office) believed 1. His girlfriend should not have been charged her portion and 2. I should have done the molar endo for free. The guy proceeded
