ADAPT: Relation Management, from Connection to Collaboration
by Dr. Jason Luchtefeld

The final session brings all dimensions of emotional intelligence into practical leadership. You’ll learn how to apply the Talk Triangle (Listen–Reflect–Ask) to navigate difficult conversations, the Awareness Wheel to resolve conflict, and the Trust Triangle (Authenticity, Credibility, Transparency) to sustain influence over time. Grounded in neuroscience and real-world team dynamics, this course turns “soft skills” into repeatable frameworks that strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and build psychological safety. You’ll leave equipped to create a culture of trust and accountability; where communication flows, burnout fades, and your team performs at its best.

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Apply emotionally intelligent communication (Listen–Reflect–Ask)
  •
  • Use the Awareness Wheel to resolve conflict constructively
  •
  • Strengthen trust through Authenticity, Credibility, and Transparency
  •
  • Foster psychological safety and sustainable relationships
