Uncertainty Causing Unease in 4Q25?

Uncertainty Causing Unease in 4Q25?

While macro factors remain outside of our control, the good news is that practice valuations remain near their zenith and still well ahead of historical norms.

Solid practices are still trading at very healthy valuations.

That being said, it has become increasingly important for those contemplating DSO alternatives to invest more time and effort to better understand platform-specific nuances and conduct more thorough due diligence on their potential partners.

"Due Diligence" should be a two-way street.

Don't be shy about asking direct, relevant questions of any potential bidder including topics such as:  their "Why", history, performance, references, and, most importantly, if they are *actually* prepared to close.

Here's to a great run into year end for all!

Best,

Sean
