WATERTOWN, Mass.—ACTIVA KIDS, BioACTIVE-RESTORATIVE (Pulpdent) contains no Bisphenol A, no Bis-GMA and no BPA derivatives.

Concerned parents can rest assured that ACTIVA KIDS is safe for their children. ACTIVA KIDS is an opaque, light B shade ideally suited for pediatric dentistry and is a new addition to Pulpdent’s highly-acclaimed ACTIVA BioACTIVE-RESTORATIVE product line.

ACTIVA KIDS is an ionic restorative resin that stimulates mineral apatite formation and the natural remineralization process with release and recharge of calcium, phosphate and fluoride. The patented material contains a bioactive resin matrix, a shock-absorbing rubberized resin component, and bioactive glass fillers that deliver esthetics, strength, durability, and resistance to fracture and chipping. ACTIVA replaces GIs and RMGIs by providing the physical properties of composites and the chemical advantages of glass ionomers.

ACTIVA KIDS is a “smart” material that plays a dynamic role in the mouth. It responds to pH changes with release and recharge of protective ions that help build strong, healthy teeth nature’s way.
ACTIVA KIDS is a two-part, light cure and self-cure material packaged in 5mL, double barrel, automix syringes.
