Want A Consistent Flow of Quality New Patient Traffic from Your Dentist Website Each Month? Incorporate These Eight (8) Strategies and You'll Be Well On Your Way - [Infographic]

Effective Dental Marketing isn’t just about driving quality new patient prospects to your website.  An effective dentist website not only attracts quality new patient traffic (i.e., “Users”) consistently and converts a good percentage of them to scheduled new patient appointments... but they incorporate “conversion-centered-design” and usability which is necessary if you want visitors to keep coming back to your site (and to tell others about it.)

While the majority of Dentists don't have time (or the desire) to build and maintain their dentist website, they should have a clear understanding of the importance of making sure that their site incorporates conversion-centered design and usability.  A quick explanation of conversion-centered design and usability can be seen by looking at the company Steve Jobs created and built into one of the largest in modern history... Apple. Its computers and products wouldn’t be as popular as they are today if they weren’t beautiful designed and, more importantly, highly usable by consumers.

If you truly want your dentist website to consistently produce quality new patients each month you MUST, you MUST, you MUST be sure that it is built with conversion-centered design and usability (99% of dentist websites - especially built by companies that mass produce websites - often giving hundreds of Dentists the same sites, same images, same copy DO NOT incorporate conversion-centered design.)

I'm always a bit amused when I hear a new Dentist Client complain about how their dentist website isn't producing a steady source of quality new patient traffic nor helping to generate more quality referrals.  Why am I amused you ask?  Because few of them can tell me what content is on their site, and even fewer have done any research on what makes a website rank high in Google, Bing and Yahoo and what components of a website are necessary to attract patients to it and keep them on the site long enough to generate a scheduled appointment in their office.

Usability of your Dental websites is something you shouldn't take for granted. If you make your website more usable, prospective new patients and those searching for information will have a better experience, which dramatically increase the likelihood that they schedule an appointment with you and/or come back to your website when they've reached the point where they’re ready to schedule.

If you want your dental website to attract more quality new patient prospects… make it more usable for your prospective new patients once they arrive (and have a much larger percentage of them call your office (or contact you directly through the website) for an appointment) follow these eight (8) techniques and you'll be well on your way to having a Dentist website that delivers!

Conclusion

If you are trying to attract more (and higher quality) new patients to your practice from the Internet, don’t just focus on increasing the amount of traffic your website receives. By making your website more usable, you’ll see a growth in your scheduled new patient appointments, case acceptance and patient retention.

I remember the early days at Growth Hacker Central.  We grew at a much faster pace than we did at Practice Doctor Management, even though we did a better job marketing PDM.

Why? Because Growth Hacker Central provided our Users and Clients more usable tools (i.e., “Dental Marketing Assistant University ™; Dental Marketing Guides; Definitive Guide to Growth Hacking Your Dental Marketing ™; Official Guide to Incorporating Gamification Into Your Dental Marketing Program ™ and the countless Growth Hacker Central Blog posts we post that allow you to take action and monetize quickly).

Clients routinely email us saying, “I love Growth Hacker Central Resources and Tools!” This helped with word of mouth marketing, which significantly spurred our company’s growth.

In what other ways can you make your Dental website more usable?
