think this is a good way to bring in more talent I am just worried a out liability. Since they are not an employee they won't be covered by workers comp. Do I need to sign an agreement with them? Or do I need to purchase a particular type of insurance? I would check if the school has liability coverage for the externs. I think they are covered by their school, but would verify.
