I'm trying to figure out if it's a better idea to hire an associate or phase out insurance companies. I have already gotten rid of Aetna and quotes from all the PPO management solutions. I'm a single-doctor practice and I don't do extractions or endo so I think it might be better to add hours in order to expand patient servies (80-120NP/per month) op booked out etc. It's really difficult to find an associate but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
