quick. Some of the insurance companies do not allow electronic attachments, and that is why they print and mail some of ours. I have seen a huge improvement over using Dentrix eclaims. I never hear that claims are not received anymore.i had a very good experience for 7 years with the Mediadent

Does anyone just require a new FMX for new patients coming in through hygiene no matter what, regardless of insurance or when they last had xrays? Im sick of chasing radiographs down from other offices. Worst case scenario is pt is here for their first appt and say I told them to send you my X-rays

touch or my iPhone to digitize the pics and upload to the insurance company. Works like a charm!Thanks Jamar. Don't own either. I'm a flip phone guy. It's a pride thing at this point. The iPod tough was my daughters that I commandeered once she got her own phone. You can get one on eBay
