we are established practitioners because establishing a prior Hx of back pain hurts our disability insurance payouts. Should I wait a few years and endure this or go see a doctor now? Can anyone speak to this? I had a back issue prior to getting settled with a disability insurance so I went to a doctor that was not my primary doctor and I paid cash so there was no insurance trail and no trail on my GP's clinical notes. Good luck!

. I am going to try to get in with the dry needling after seeing the spinal orthopedist. Thanks so much for telling me about your luck with it! Most insurances wont even pay for an MRI until after 6 weeks of physical therapy. I am sure this was decided upon many experts who agree that let the body try to heal on its own first with conservative measures.
