. What insurance would I need for new piece of property? Basic liability and property? Should I keep the property coverage separate from dental building? Or do commercial RE investment companies just hold 1 policy to cover all properties? Thanks for any insight. Speak with your insurance agent that handles the insurance for your office. . They are generally much higher than HOA's for homes. The Condo fees do sometimes offset utilities and such. You just have to calculate it out to see where your best return on investment is. Also compare insurance, taxes, comparable rental rates, etc
