Hi all, How do you handle A/R checks? I am still getting insurance checks made out to the selling corporation. They are no longer around. How do you handle this? Who owns the a/r? We are past the 90 days. We own it now. have you tried depositing it into your account? many times the bank will allow that, especially if "for deposit only" is stamped on the back of the check...
