IDEM Singapore 2014 Promises the Future Now

Back for its eighth biennial edition the International Dental Exhibition and Meeting (IDEM) Singapore 2014 is a “must-attend” for dental practitioners and professionals in the Asia-Pacific looking for the latest cutting edge technology and innovations in dental solutions and services. IDEM Singapore runs from April 4th to 6th with a pre-congress day on April 3rd at the newly renovated SUNTEC Convention and Exhibition Centre. The  conference theme this year is “Dentistry - The Future Is Now” with its programme focusing on the future of dentistry, addressing the different challenges in the various fields of dentistry.

The conference programme will include Clinical, Scientific, Technological, and Business and Practice Management tracks with talks presented by leading experts and world renown speakers. As well as the main scientific programmes, there will also be several new tracks so that IDEM Singapore will now offer progammes for the entire dental team . The new tracks include:

  • The Dental Hygienists and Therapists Forum
  • The New Dentists Forum (for final year dental students and young dentists just embarking on their careers)
  • The Dental Technicians Forum

With a 30% increase in exhibition space to a massive 16,000sqm , the Trade Exhibition will be bigger and better than ever with hundreds of leading companies from over 36 countries taking part, including pavilions from Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States. Plus for the first time pavilions from China and Japan 

IDEM Singapore 2014 also sees a 13% rise in the number  of exhibitors from the  Asia Pacific region to 57, clear evidence of the importance of this rapidly growing industry in the region.

IDEM Singapore is jointly organised by Koelnmesse and the Singapore Dental Association.
