Behind every successful practice is an office manager who displays innovative thinking, business acumen and leadership qualities, within their practice and their community. Each year, AADOM recognizes these exceptional individuals and highlights their accomplishments.

An AADOM committee will review the nominations, interview finalists and determine the 2013 winner, who will be featured on the front cover of THE OBSERVER (AADOM’s publication), receive free registration to the 2014 AADOM Conference and $1,000 in prize money, courtesy of CareCredit^SM, the AADOM Founding Sponsor.
