SALT LAKE CITY (Feb. 21, 2013) — The CAO Group (CAO), a world leading, high-tech dental and forensic detection company, filed a patent infringement complaint against DentLight to protect its LED curing and detection light patent portfolio, which consists of more than 30 patents.
CAO Group’s patent infringement complaint against DentLight, case 6:13-cv-00187, was filed on Wednesday, February 20 in the Eastern District of Texas. The lawsuit indicates infringement of CAO’s LED curing and detection light technologies.
