American Dental Concepts Changes Name To Dental Solutions
Name Change Reflects A Renewed Commitment To Patient Care
PHILADELPHIA, PA - November 21, 2011: American Dental Concepts is changing its name to Dental Solutions. Northeast Dental Management (NEDM) acquired the group in 2010 with twelve locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The name change is part of a re-branding campaign signifying a new attitude and a renewed commitment to patients.
Staff in each of the twelve dental practices, from the dentists to hygienists to receptionists, have a renewed focus on creating smiles. The priority of each team member is to solve every patient’s concern from appropriate dental care to scheduling to financing options.
Northeast Dental Management’s rebranding efforts include enhanced training for Dental Solutions staff in five-star customer service. The new company culture calls for patient care to be an integral part of each staff member’s job function. For example, the front desk receptionist is now the Patient Care Coordinator and the dental assistants have assumed the role of patient case managers. Adam Grossman, Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Dental Management, says, “Dental Solutions is the evolution of the offices from being helpful to active problem solvers for our patients in all aspects of their dental care.” Adam oversees the re-branding campaign, which includes operational changes from initial point of contact, such as telephone etiquette, to patient follow-up care.
The rebranding effort also includes improving customer relationships in the social media landscape. Dental Solutions is actively seeking and generating customer reviews online – making a bold statement about the improvement in services offered.
