Instrumentarium Imaging combined efforts with Sullivan Schein and supported the Theo Project Pediatric Dentistry program in Austin, Texas. X-ray units supplied included Instrumentarium Imaging’s Orthopantomograph® Digital Panoramic x-ray unit, its Sigma digital intraoral system, and the Focus intraoral x-ray unit. “It was an honor to be involved,” remarked Doug Woods, Instrumentarium Imaging’s VP of Dental. “This is a worthy project and deserves as much support as possible. Dr. David Jackson, Dental Project Director of St. David’s Foundation, worked hard to make this van a reality.”
The van will be traveling throughout Austin area schools, providing free dental services to low income families in the pre-k through third grade. Instrumentarium Imaging develops, manufactures and markets Diagnostic X-ray Imaging Equipment, Systems and Solutions for surgical and interventional imaging (Ziehm C-arms), mammography (Diamond, TACT 3D, Performa, Alpha product family), and dental imaging (Orthopantomograph product family, Focus x-ray, Sigma sensors, CliniView software).
