D4D Announces New Vice President of Dental Technologies

Dallas, TX – (March 3, 2009) – D4D Technologies is proud to announce the addition of Lee
Culp, CDT as its Vice President of Dental Technologies. Lee has been an active member of
E4D University’s faculty since 2007 and has been vital in the successful introduction of the
E4D Dentist System. Lee is excited to take on the challenges of this position and has already
begun to implement D4D’s new design service, mylab™, as well as D4D Technologies’
involvement in dental technology and the introduction of the company’s laboratory system. “I
am thrilled to be a full-time member of the D4D team,” said Lee. Adding, “I look forward to
the opportunities to come, as we continue to develop and integrate high-quality products into
the world of Digital Dentistry.”
As a member of D4D’s Executive Team, Lee will also assist in the strategic planning of
products, advanced education instruction, and will represent D4D at trade shows and other
marketing, sales and promotional events. Lee will be working closely with D4D’s world-class
Research & Development team to provide specifications and participate in design reviews
and testing during the development cycle. Continuing his mentorship role at D4D, Lee is
excited to be overseeing a team of Dental Technicians and Computer Design Technicians in
the design and fabrication of high-quality dental restorations for D4D’s laboratory/dentist
customers and their patients.
About D4D Technologies LLC
D4D Technologies is taking the dental profession to a higher level of productivity, patient
comfort, and convenience with its E4D Dentist system for dental offices and laboratories.
The system uses high-speed laser scanning technology to produce digital 3D impressions of
teeth prepared for full contour crowns, inlays, onlays, or veneers without contrast agents. The
intuitive DentaLogic™ software enables operators to customize restoration designs and send
them wirelessly to the heavy-duty mill that uses the latest materials to produce fine esthetic
restorations.
Highly accurate, versatile, and easy to use, the E4D system provides significant productivity
improvements over the traditional approach to creating dental restorations: for dental
offices, quick one-visit restorations mean greater numbers of satisfied patients, while
laboratories can significantly reduce manual labor.
Headquartered in Richardson, TX, the company has agreements with three major
corporations in the dental industry: Henry Schein handles sales and distribution; 3M and
Ivoclar Vivadent supply restorative materials.
