NEWBERG, Ore. — A-dec’s new color palette and interactive color selection tools make it easy for dentists to transform their treatment rooms into soothing environments that embrace patients. The new color selections offer a full range of coordinated colors and surfaces for upholstery, laminate, and solid surface.

A-dec’s multimedia color selector tools (available on CD and at www.a-dec.com) are designed to help dental professionals select the perfect color combination for their offices. Set to launch at the Chicago Midwinter Meeting February 22, the new tools will guide users through the color selection process, acquainting them with the effects of color, allowing them to experiment with cabinet, countertop, upholstery, wall, and floor colors, and processing orders for material samples.

A-dec’s new chair and stool upholstery color palette features 15 seamless upholstery colors and 25 sewn upholstery colors, which include five “brights.” The upholstery palette highlights a new seamless upholstery color, Tawny, and 19 new sewn colors.

“A-dec recognizes the importance of color and its ability to influence the success of a practice,” said A-dec Product Manager June Lietz. “Color conveys emotion and establishes mood, expresses style, and shows personality. What better way to both impress your patient and put him or her at ease?”

Solid surface is now a standard feature on all A-dec Preference cabinetry. A-dec’s cabinet and countertop color palette consists of 15 solid surfaces, 25 laminates, and color edgebanding that automatically complements the chosen surface color (featuring a selection of five solids and five woodgrains). In addition, color-coordinated window and glove/tissue dispenser bezels, and computer vents are now available.

“Color and design is yet another extension of our commitment to offering dentists more choices that bring value to their practice” said A-dec Product Manager Jeff Spencer. “We are excited to be at the forefront of bringing new color options to this dynamic market.”
