It is our pleasure to introduce you to RF AMERICA, Inc, a new venture between Video Dental Concepts, Inc and Integrated Dental Solutions, Inc. VDC, located in Ormond Beach, FL, has been a pioneer and a leader in the field of intraoral cameras for almost 17 years. IDS, located in Los Angeles, has a similar track record in Dental Integration as well as Practice Management Software. Together, both companies have joined efforts and resources to develop and manufacture new imaging devices which will released at the ADA in Las Vegas!
Our marketing channel is through a network of 20 direct representatives which will call on our existing combined user base of approximately 6,000 practices as well as establishing new accounts. Our goal is to offer the best value at the best possible price and more importantly, an alternative to the more expensive conventional dealer network.
We do not believe in monopolies and trust that US dentists are ready to pay a fair price without having to surrender to proprietary systems and expensive subscriptions or other fees.
RF AMERICA will be the first company to introduce GenR-X, a Digital X-ray sensor kit (of quality) under $6,000 at the ADA Las Vegas. Other new products include DiscoveryCam, a state of the art wireless camera; DiscoveryCenter, a much waited for Imaging Workstation; MyRay, a wireless sensor using Bluetooth technology; and Retropan, an already popular Digital Pan solution.
Principals of the company are experienced in FDA registration, product development and national marketing, and have been recognized worldwide for innovative designs and new concepts. Companies that have benefited from our services in the past and present include Sopro (now Satelec, France), Owandy (France), Trophy (Originally France, now Kodak USA), Sometech (Korea), Flow X-ray (USA), Dental Systems (Japan), Ajat (Finland), Suni (USA), Regam (Sweden), CEFLA (Italy), RF SYSTEM lab (Japan). New opportunities are in the works in China (ROC) and Taiwan. While representing other companies has been an enjoyable experience, we trust that it is time for us to create our own identity as a manufacturer and to create our own brand. We will however continue to represent and distribute compatible products with our own RF AMERICA line on an OEM basis from previous partners.
