Hydrobrasion is a patented technology that safely combines air, water, and particles for fast, precise removal of hard tissue. The Hydro-Jet Hydrobrasion System allows user control of powder flow with nine different settings. An integrated water system minimizes overspray and plume, eliminating the mess associated with air abrasion. The clinician can program presets to save time. Hydro-Jet simultaneously cleans pits and fissures and prepares the surface for bonding, while allowing for visual diagnosis of pit and fissure caries. Detected caries can then be treated immediately. The product eliminates vibration and micro-fractures, providing a superior bonding surface. It even allows the repair of delicate porcelain veneers.
