CHICAGO—Dr. Richard Rosato, an oral surgeon from Concord, New Hampshire, and Dr. Cody Graves, a general dentist in Goldthwaite, Texas, were elected to key leadership positions in the American Dental Association (ADA) at the ADA House of Delegates Meeting held at SmileCon in New Orleans on Oct. 22. Rosato will serve as ADA President-Elect, assuming the presidency in 2025, and Graves will begin a three-year term as ADA Treasurer.

Dr. Richard Rosato, President-Elect
A member of the ADA for 34 years, Rosato has held numerous leadership roles, including chairing the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws, and Judicial Affairs and representing the 1st District on the ADA Board of Trustees from 2019 to 2023. He is committed to supporting patient care quality and advancing the practice of dentistry. “The ADA can ensure quality care for our patients and secure the future of dental practice,” Rosato said. His extensive experience spans both the New Hampshire Dental Society, where he served as president in 2010, and several national dental organizations.

Dr. Cody Graves, Treasurer
Graves, who brings an M.B.A. and a background in finance to his role, will oversee the ADA’s budget and financial strategy. He plans to collaborate closely with the ADA’s professional team on designing budget processes and communicating financial matters to the Board and House of Delegates. Graves has served on the ADA Strategic Forecasting Task Force, Finance Service Task Force, and chaired the ADA House of Delegates Reference Committee. He has also been active in the ADA Board of Trustees, representing the 15th District.
