Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners Hires Chief Human Resources Officer

New CHRO to oversee reopening of offices across the country, future acquisitions

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Penn. and PLANO, Texas—Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners, a dental support organization (DSO) dedicated to improving the delivery of dental services for dentists, has announced that Jill Cole has been hired as chief human resources officer.
 
Cole brings more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience to Mid-Atlantic Dental. Most recently she served as vice president of HR for Platinum Dermatology Partners. She has also worked in an HR capacity for Oncor Electrical Delivery, Texas Digestive Disease Consultants, Advanced HR Solutions, TriNet HR Services and Walgreens Pharmacy.

Cole received her master’s degree in human resource management and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, as well as a member of the Dallas Human Resource Management Association.
 
Prior to Cole, Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners added three senior management personnel to its leadership team, including Tonya Ramsey, chief legal officer, and Joseph Sivori, chief financial officer.
 
Founded in 2016, Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners offers dentists a DSO model that supports dental professionals by providing marketing, financial, practice information and other business services so dentists and other dental professionals can focus on delivering the highest quality care to their patients. In addition, Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners supported practices offers associate dentists an opportunity to participate in the financial success of the practices.
