Single-use universal polishing system

BrioShine Single-Use Polishers from Brasseler USA are designed for universal polishing and finishing of ceramic and composite materials with predictable results. Along with traditional points and cups, the BrioShine system offers Feather Lite polishers, which feature a unique spiral design that adapts to most tooth surfaces. Compared with most polishing systems, these polishers save time by reducing the number of steps required for optimal results.

The two-step system provides a medium-grit polisher for the first step and a fine-grit polisher for the final step. The pink diamond-impregnated polishers used in the first step are indicated for prepolishing zirconia, lithium disilicate, porcelain and porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations. The green diamond-impregnated polishers, also used in the first step, are indicated for universal prepolishing of composite restorations. Both ceramics and composites can be finished with the universal gray polishers in the final step.

An economic alternative to conventional polishing systems, single-use polishers lessen overhead costs, while completely eliminating the time- consuming sterilization process. Each BrioShine Feather Lite composite and ceramic single-use polisher features distinctive markings, providing the user with easy identification for application.

BrioShine polishers are recommended for use with electric handpieces where the speed is easily adjustable to a range of 4,000–6,000rpm for the medium grit polishers and 2,000–3,000rpm for the final polish. These intraoral polishers are available in packages of 30 and can be used with little to no water and a light touch.
