• 5 hygienists and a strong support team

• Comprehensive dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, endodontics, extractions, implant dentistry, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation
• Over $3.5 million in annual production
• Approximately 60 new patients per month

• Perform hygiene checks

During the first three months, the focus will be on building confidence, consistency, and understanding the systems that have made the practice successful. As competency is demonstrated, opportunities to expand into more advanced procedures—including endodontics, implant dentistry, and clear aligner therapy—will become available. COMPENSATION
