This is a patient-centric practice that prides itself on identifying each patient’s needs and goals and finding the best way to meet them. This is a great position for a new graduate ready to learn under two-seasoned dentists who provide mentorship, as well as provide the support of an established, highly-trained clinical support team.

Practice Structure

This practice generates $5M in annual collections from 4,700 active patients, with 60-75 new patients each month, representing a 50/50 split of Fee-For-Service and Negotiated Insurance Plans. The practice utilizes PPO negotiators for optimal fee reimbursement.
