Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our client's private practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience (or a residency completed) and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing routine check-ups, and educating patients on oral health practices. Your expertise in general dentistry and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment will contribute to the overall success of our clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques during all procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach for efficient patient care.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Keep accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.

Skills

• Proficient in infection control practices within a dental office setting.
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental clinic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike.

About the Office

• State of the art equipment including scanners, digital x-rays and much more
• FFS and PPO office
• 4 or 5 days per week, depending on preference
• Amazing team, including 2 full time hygienists
• Busy patient base already developed as current dentist is relocating

A full time dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 300K per year, depending on experience and procedures performed.  The office has a very busy patient base already established, as the current dentist is relocating.  They also have a lot of new patients each month.
