If You Could Wave A Magic Wand, What Would Your Dental Practice Look Like?
 
It's still early in the year and a good time to evaluate what we want for our practices.
 
“If you could wave a magic wand, what would your practice look like?”
 
I posed this question to a dentist on a breakthrough session/call.  And their answer was “that I’m not in it.” ??
 
I slightly giggled but quickly realized the response was not a joke.
 
To achieve any practice or personal goal, one must get crystal clear on what EXACTLY it is that they want. One of my favorite quotes is “if you don’t know where you’re going, any road will lead you there” by Lewis Carroll.
 
One must take the time to design their ideal practice and life to make their dreams and desires come true.  Even in the case of this dentist who envisions a dental practice without them in it. We attract things to us.
 
If there is to be a different career and life path, this too must be mapped out.   You must see your most ideal self, career, and life to move toward your purpose.  Otherwise, life and the practice will keep happening to you, leading to being reactive instead of being proactive and being unfulfilled.
 
Reaching your goals is inevitable if you are willing to decide what you really want, get help, and take action!
