Colgate’s next generation of Colgate Total, Colgate Total SF, contains a new stannous fluoride formula stabilized with zinc phosphate that fights plaque-causing bacteria on 100 percent of mouth surfaces, including the teeth, tongue, cheeks and gums, providing a preventive solution for whole mouth health.

The new toothpaste fights harmful bacteria while protecting against bacterial repopulation, significantly reducing the overall bacterial load while creating a protective barrier that helps shield against attachment and regrowth. In development for more than a decade, the product’s formula is the subject of 28 granted patents and 95 pending patent applications.

Septodont has announced the release of its new electronic syringe, Dentapen. The Dentapen injection is monitored with a constant flow, at the right pace, giving the dentist the opportunity to focus more on needle insertion, leading to better control of the injection and a reduction in pain for the patient.
