I was once asked by a well-known Practice Management Consultant to
speak to our peers about building a consulting business. The best
statement I shared was not how much to charge or how unique you think
you are, to capture an advantage over another consultant, but know “why”
you are doing the work you do and “who” your customer is! That’s more
significant than anything else. The revenue will follow!
As many times as life has thrown me a curve and I have had to dig
deep to sustain my belief (my purpose) to continue to serve this
