Consultant Tip: Relationships in Business

5/29/2014 3:07:40 PM   |   Comments: 0   |   Views: 27350
Teddy Roosevelt said, "the most important ingredient in the success formula is knowing how to get along with people,"

Research has consistently shown that technical training is important, but there is another side to business. Most of the success in service businesses is due to skills in human relationships.

The bible of human relationships is a book called "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. The "common thread" that runs through the book is empathy, "Thinking in terms of the other person's feelings."

If you would like to increase your case acceptance or improve your people skills, seeing the good in someone is the most powerful and wonderful thing you can do.
