Bonder like Bond LC from Anaxdent Use Gum composite from Anaxdent to sculpt, lightcure. Do not put this into a Triad or similar lightbox, they get too hot and distort the denture. This is all pink composite Delete Run away.... Don't get involved in this if you don't have to. I use denture reline material and bulk up the facial of the anterior flang.

Other than this, leave the flanges as long as the patient will let you. It is still a tissue supported prosthesis. With that being said, you can shorten the flanges without losing much retention now if it will add to patient comfort, but don't do it just because you can.
