with the upper lateral incisor here: Denture teeth or make a composite pontic yourself. They will (as Rick said) have a tendency to spin on the wire, so you need to secure it somewhat to prevent that. Rick's trick looks pretty good. I've also created a pontic to saddle the gums that helps
